                   MINDSEts

A mindset is a lens in which you view a situation. These are some questions I ask myself through the different mindsets.

GLOBAL

Definition: attributes that allow an individual to work with diverse social and cultural backgrounds

What impact will this have on the world around me?

Am I willing to try something that I am not used to?

ETHICAL

Definition: morals or principles, how will this effect others

What are the consequences of this decision?

What responsibilities to I have to uphold for others?

ENTREPRENEURIAL

Definition: seeking opportunities and challenges, persevere through mistakes

How can I make something better? What if I make something better?

Are there any opportunities to create something for others?

SOCIAL IMPACT

Definition: understand the role in you have in your community, notice social challenges

Am I aware of the need of change around me?

What are the next steps I can take to enact change?

 INCLUSIVE

Definition: making sure everyone is heard, allowing different perspectives

What assumptions or bias are leading us astray?

Are different perspectives being brought to the table?

ANALYTICAL

Definition: decisions to be made, alternatives, collect information

What alternatives are there for the decision?

How will this decision effect the company and business?

SYSTEMS THINKING

Definition: unveiling what is really going on, understanding the nature of the business

What is the big picture? What can we do daily to reach our goal?

How will this effect our business as a whole? Does it work within our company?
