A mindset is a lens in which you view a situation. These are some questions I ask myself through the different mindsets.
GLOBAL
Definition: attributes that allow an individual to work with diverse social and cultural backgrounds
What impact will this have on the world around me?
Am I willing to try something that I am not used to?
ETHICAL
Definition: morals or principles, how will this effect others
What are the consequences of this decision?
What responsibilities to I have to uphold for others?

ENTREPRENEURIAL
Definition: seeking opportunities and challenges, persevere through mistakes
How can I make something better? What if I make something better?
Are there any opportunities to create something for others?

SOCIAL IMPACT
Definition: understand the role in you have in your community, notice social challenges

Am I aware of the need of change around me?
What are the next steps I can take to enact change?
INCLUSIVE
Definition: making sure everyone is heard, allowing different perspectives
What assumptions or bias are leading us astray?
Are different perspectives being brought to the table?

ANALYTICAL
Definition: decisions to be made, alternatives, collect information
What alternatives are there for the decision?
How will this decision effect the company and business?

SYSTEMS THINKING
Definition: unveiling what is really going on, understanding the nature of the business
What is the big picture? What can we do daily to reach our goal?
How will this effect our business as a whole? Does it work within our company?
